Meeting the Needs of Millennial Students

Understanding the unique characteristics, abilities and values of the newest generation of students to enter CSULB, known as the “Millennial” generation, is informative in identifying their educational and developmental needs and in framing support services to meet their needs.

Jose Torres

I enrolled at CSULB in fall 2005 as a first-generation college student, inspired by my family to obtain a degree. As a first-generation student, I became involved in the Partners Program.

EOP Student Spotlights

Brittany Davis

The youngest of six and a psychology major, I will graduate in spring 2008. I came into EOP in 2004. As an EOP student, I served as the ESO commissioner of fundraising and organized several fundraising and social events, including the first ever EOP student exchange.
