Minor in Business Economics (code 0-2775)
The minor in business economics is equally
suitable for students pursuing baccalaureate degrees in non-business and
business fields. The minor provides students with a strong concentration
in the techniques of economic analysis most closely related to business
decision-making. A minimum of 24 units which must include:
Lower Division: ACCT 201 or MATH 115 or a
departmentally approved computer science course; ECON 100, 101. Upper-division
students declaring Business Economics as a minor may substitute ECON 300
for ECON 100 and 101 with departmental consent. Upper Division: ECON
310 or 333, 311 or 320, and any three of the following: ECON 380, 420,
430, 432, 434.
