How to Properly Address Inter-Departmental Mail
All inter-departmental mail addresses are to include the Department Name and Department Office Number, the individual's name is optional.
Mail addressed to individual offices that are not the departmental offices are subject to delay. Please avoid using acronyms when addressing campus mail as the acronyms can often have multiple interpretations.
