*After March 13, 2025, the Overflow Parking lot behind the Foundation Building (FND) will close. All overflow permits will then function as regular student semester parking permits. Permit holders will be able to park in any lot on campus, seven days a week, that would be available to a Student Permit.
The Overflow Permit is available to CSULB students only.
The permit is designed for those students who have daytime class schedules, as these are the times of peak traffic on campus when the need for additional parking capacity is highest.
If your class schedule or other campus commitments require you to park on campus after 5 p.m., we recommend that you purchase a regular Student Semester parking permit and do not purchase the Overflow Lot permit at this time.
Permit recipients will be required to display an Overflow Permit sticker affixed to the back of their campus ID card in order to access the Foundation parking lot via the toll booth.
You can pick up your sticker at the Parking Office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday., 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) starting on January 6, 2025.
