A Note on Student Parking Permits
Dear students,
The campus will fully transition to alternative delivery of classes on March 23, 2020 for the remainder of the academic year. As a result, Parking and Transportation Services will be issuing automatic refunds to all student permit holders for the remaining months of Spring Semester 2020 (March 23-June 7).
Permit refunds will apply to student permits, residents who will not remain on campus after April 1, 2020 (on-campus & Beachside) as well as motorcycle permits. All refund processing fees will be waived.
PROGRAM SUMMARY:
- No applications required.
- Refunds will be sent automatically to all current student permit holders.
- Refunds will be posted to your student account.
- Due to the high volume, refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
- Refunds processing will begin on April 1, 2020.
- Los Coyotes Shuttle passes will also be refunded on a prorated basis.
- Long Beach Transit bus passes and LA Metro transit passes are not eligible for a refund at this time as both services will continue to be in operation.
