Bob Foster

President of Prometheus Advisors since 2014, Bob Foster provides strategic advice to companies and organizations in energy, regulation, public, policy, environmental quality, and transportation. Other professional roles include two-term mayor of Long Beach, president of Southern California Edison, and chairman of California ISO. A graduate of San José State University, Bob served as a trustee to the CSU system from 1997 to 2006 and was awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Human Letters from his alma mater in 2015.
