My time at Long Beach State was incredibly memorable. The diversity of the university was impressive and made it an inviting experience. What made it so special was the availability of the staff to help me with my education and pursuing my career. The counselors were supportive and influential, and I became more confident in achieving goals that seemed impossible. I'm thankful for the program they offered that most universities weren't offering at the time. It was a superior program and still is to this day. I wasn't active in any clubs or organizations, but I'm still grateful for the experience I had at Long Beach State.
