5 captivating spots to consider for CSULB graduation photos
Are you looking for an interesting grad photo location on campus this Commencement season? While there are many iconic and popular photo spots, CSULB campus photographer Sean DuFrene offers a few campus spots that aren’t as frequently visited, along with tips of what to keep in mind when you’re setting up the shot.
Senior Class Gift
Participate in your Senior Class Gift and show Alumni, local businesses, and members of the community that CSULB and its students are worth investing in!
Seniors who make a gift of $24 will be able to dedicate their gift to someone who made a positive impact in your life during your studies at CSULB. Dedicated gifts are featured on the Senior Class Giving webpage.
Seniors who make a gift of $49 or more can also dedicate their class gift and will receive a mybeach senior grad cord to be worn at commencement.
Grad cords can be picked up during all commencement ceremonies at the CSULB Alumni tent at Gate 4

Livestreaming of the ceremonies will be posted on the Commencement website the week of ceremonies and will be available on the MLB Ballpark app during the ceremonies.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. GRADS: Don't Forget Your ID! To claim your Grad Pass, all graduates must present a valid student ID or another form of photo identification.
2. Tickets will be required to access all commencement ceremonies. Your guests will be required to show event tickets and graduates must show their GradPass to enter Angel Stadium. Grads, be prepared to show your STUDENT or PHOTO ID to receive your GradPass.
3. For a Smooth Entry: NO BAGS ALLOWED INTO THE STADIUM
- To ensure a quick and efficient entry process, all bags are prohibited in the stadium for commencement ceremonies. This includes clear bags.
- We recommend leaving any bags at home or in your vehicle. Unfortunately, you won't be able to check them in.
By following these guidelines, you'll help us expedite the entry process for everyone.
