Dennis Berryman '65

I graduated from Long Beach State in 1961 and was fortunate to be hired by what is now Price Waterhouse Cooper's. I worked there for 10 years before transitioning to the real estate development business, where I am now the owner and president. During my time at Long Beach State, I was a commuter student and worked 30-40 hours a week while taking classes in the morning. I was part of the first generation of college graduates in my family, so graduation day was a proud accomplishment. During my time at Long Beach State, I matured and grew as a person. I am grateful for the education I received, as it was very inexpensive and I felt I held my own when I was sent to back east for school with graduates from all over the country.
