Khrystle Lotfizadeh, née Montallana, graduated from CSULB in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Currently, she serves as the Clinical Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) at Easterseals Southern California. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she has served as a trainer, clinician, and instructor. She currently leads initiatives focused on decreasing disparities in access to autism services and increasing health and social care equity. Her work also includes recruiting and retentions strategies to increase diversity in the autism services workforce.
