Digital Content and Technology

Endow funds to ensure that the University Library maintains its leadership position in implementing new and emerging technology to serve the needs of current and future scholars.

Collaborative and Interactive Study Areas

Renovate facilities to allow students to interact through technology and media sharing. Replace traditional furniture with high-tech furnishings that include data ports and electrical access to maximize seating and functionality. Students working together on projects and reports will be able to view their work and/or access the internet on large flat-panel displays and will have instant access to the library’s digital information resources.

Smart Classrooms

Endow funds to name classrooms that are equipped with the latest technology for teaching and presentations. The CSULB Library is fortunate to have this technology, along with the ideal layout for classroom instruction and interaction between students and librarians.
