As Senior Consultant to Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, Matt Doyle uses his extensive knowledge gained from 33 years of service in the human resources and labor relations field in local government to provide guidance to developing labor negotiators and HR practitioners. He consults with clients across the state on best practices and provides training to clients on management-related topics. Matt also contributes to LCW’s internal training program, providing client perspective to the delivery of our services. As a product of both CSULB (Master of Public Administration, 1993) and CSUN (Bachelors in Political Science, 1989), Matt volunteers in his free time to give back to the institutions and environment that contributed to his success as a public sector professional.
