Dr. Elhami Nasr

Dr. Nasr holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management from University of Colorado Boulder, and bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from CSULB. In addition to teaching at CSULB, during his career Dr. Nasr also served as District 7 office chief at the California Department of Transportation and Vice Provost and Interim Provost at Florida Polytechnic.
