GradMentor
The CSULB GradMentor program pairs incoming graduate students ("mentees") with experienced peer mentors. Mentors provide guidance, help navigate challenges, and recognize opportunities, while mentees receive resources to develop a sense of belonging in graduate school. Through one-on-one interactions, the program enhances the graduate student experience, fosters connections, and supports academic goals.
Mentors will build their networks and develop skills to become better professionals and leaders. Through one-on-one meetings and interactions either virtually or in-person (meeting the needs of the pair), the program enhances the graduate student experience and encourages mentors and mentees to build connections, remain engaged, and achieve academic goals.
