Study Abroad Singapore and Vietnam

First Short-term study abroad class to the Southeast Asia Region.

In January, 2019 the College of Business sent its first short-term study abroad class to Southeast Asia to spend 9 days in Singapore and Vietnam. Fifteen undergraduate and MBA students from Long Beach met with managers of companies such as Winspec Logistics and the Marina Bay Sands resort. Both Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore and the National Economic University in Hanoi hosted events that allowed CSULB students to engage with their faculty and students in lectures, discussions, games, and company tours. The highlight of the trip included an overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, an incredibly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site.
