LIVESCAN APPOINTMENTS

LiveScan Fingerprinting is an automated digital processing program that submits requests for criminal history records for employment, volunteer programs, and licensing and certifications.

CSULB LiveScan Fingerprinting services are provided by appointment only.  If there are no appointments available, please check back tomorrow.  Appointments may be made up to 14 days in advance.

Fees:

Cost is $20.00 plus any Department of Justice/FBI fees. Cash, check, or debit card are accepted.

Required:

  • LiveScan application (provided by the requesting agency)
  • Current, valid government issued photo ID
  • Accepted form of payment

Please allow at least 30 minutes for processing.
