Congrats to Qingwei Li, Sneha Jaishankar, Xiaoyun Lin, and Travis Perkins on their MSSCM final capstone project.

The purpose of their study was identify a technological intervention such as a Warehouse Management System (WMS).  A WMS as an investment tool shall enhance their customer satisfaction capability and improve the overall customer experience.
