Location Forms

The recommended location forms are located in the Locations Forms Folder.

• Location Agreement
  • Agreement between the Production and the Authorized Representative of the property to use the location. Authorized Representatives are the location owners, landlord or property management companies.
• Location Inspection
  • Inspection, a few days before, of the property before the production to list all damages prior to use.
• Location Release
  • Acknowledgement with property owner that the property has been returned to substantially the same condition as it was in prior to use. Releases the production from the agreement made prior.
• Creative Non-Fiction Location Agreement
  • This form is only for Creative Non-Fiction students. This form is an agreement between the Production and the Authorized Representative of the property to use the location. Authorized Representatives are the location owners, landlord or property management companies.
