DR. JIN GI HONG
Dr. Jin Gi Hong joined the CSULB Department of Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management in Fall 2015. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a MS in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Hong-Ik University, South Korea. His research interests include membrane-based technology for water and wastewater treatment, reverse electrodialysis for salinity gradient energy generation, sustainable waste-to-energy systems, and application of nanomaterials for membrane development.
