Dean's Leadership Institute

The Dean’s Leadership Institute is an exclusive opportunity for high-achieving students to connect and converse with industry and community executives to further develop leadership qualities. 

To take part in this invitation-only opportunity, students must be a sophomore, junior, or senior and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. The group consists of up to 30 students, who are selected based on academic achievement, leadership qualities, and ability to make a one-year commitment to participating in the Institute.
