Dear COB student,

The long-awaited renovation for the COB Lecture Halls (139, 139A, 140, 140A) is well underway. With the project budget of $2,391,699 (COB Contribution of $800,000).

This fall the College of Business will unveil a new program open to student entrepreneurs from across campus. The John and Helen Apostle Incubator and Enterprise Lab is a new partnership for the College of Business and a commitment to provide entrepreneurial education to any student at CSULB, regardless of their major.

Faculty Champions Assist With COB Online Teaching After President Conoley announced on May 12 that the fall semester would not be offered face-to-face, campus planning for online teaching ramped up.

The nearly 9 minutes of horror occurring on the streets of Minneapolis on May 25 is a monumental crisis that has shaken our nation to its core.

As we near the end of the calendar year, we reflect on the many esteemed accomplishments for the College of Business in 2019. As you can see from the stories below, COB has much to report!

In Fall 2019 the COB Graduate Programs launched four new degree options: the Online MBA (OMBA), MS Marketing (MSM), MS Finance (MSF), and the MS Information Systems (MSIS).

Please join us in welcoming our new Assistant Professor, Emily Rosado-Solomon. Dr. Rosado-Solomon joins us after completing her PhD at Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. Her research examines interpersonal workplace relationships, social networks, and informal communication.

Announcing the Peer Review Team recommendation to extend accreditation for the degree programs in business offered by California State University, Long Beach is concurred with by the Continuous Improvement Review Committee (CIRC) and ratified by the Board of Directors.
