About the Student Managed Investment Fund/ Beach Investment Group:
CSULB students have the chance to practice portfolio management, asset allocation, business strategy, and more. Students make investment decisions, engage in econometric modeling, economic sector research, the study of corporate cultures, and performance histories. Leadership skills are developed, and group dynamics honed through working together to plan investment strategies and by presenting their results to clients.
