Rand sold off his interest in SVN in 2009 and formed a new brokerage franchise, which now has 60 offices in 20 states and just partnered with a firm in Dubai set to open 24 more offices in 16 countries throughout South America, Western Europe, and the Middle East by 2024. Sperry Equities has partnerships with over $1B in retail, office, and industrial assets, and manages 11 million square feet in nine states.
