H. Wayne Snavely

H. Wayne Snavely has served TMSF Holdings as a Member of the Board since October, 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Snavely was Chairman of the Board and CEO of Imperial Credit Industries, Inc. ("ICII").
He also served as the President of ICII from February, 1996 to August, 2001 and as a director of Imperial Bank from 1975 to 1983 and from 1993 to January, 1998.
