Her proudest accomplishments include leading large-scale workforce development initiatives in which she secured and managed over $130 million in funding to support job training, education and career pathways for underserved communities; directing the programmatic operations of a regional consortium of 29 community colleges across 15 districts, representing over 200,000 students and being appointed by Gov. Gavin Newsom to the California Community on Aging, where she plays a key role in shaping state policies and workforce strategies for aging populations. Davis currently serves as program director for the Southern California Apprenticeship Network and as the CEO of Intermediary Development Corp., the organization she founded to ensure sustainable economic development and equitable access to high-quality careers. She has maintained a strong connection to CSULB, where she is a scholarship donor, mentor and guest lecturer, sharing her insights and expertise with the next generation of higher education leaders and workforce strategists.
