Mentors - S/I Leaders

Jasmine is a Biochemistry major from Long Beach, CA. She became an SI Leader knowing how challenging chemistry can be and wants to share how to develop study plans for challenging subjects. Jasmine's goal is to become a pediatrician and help her community grow. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and taking nature breaks. 

Andy is a Kinesiology major with a concentration in Exercise Science from Palm Springs, CA. He became an SI leader because he understands how dense and difficult biology can be and wants to provide all the help and assistance he can for his students. He hopes to pursue a career in physical therapy and rehabilitation after graduating. In his free time, Andy enjoys working out, playing video games, and going on adventures with his friends!

Connor is a 2nd-year pre-nursing major here at CSULB. He plans to enter the nursing program here at the Beach and become a pediatric nurse at a children's hospital in the near future. He became an SI leader to assist students understand difficult concepts and build their confidence in themselves and their knowledge. In his spare time, he loves to watch movies and go on runs. 

Aria is a Psychology major from Long Beach, CA. After completing her bachelor's, she plans to pursue a master’s in Forensic Psychology. She became an SI Leader to help students enjoy and understand Psychobiology as much as she did. In her free time she loves to try new coffee shops, read, and relax with her cat Jade. 

Brissa is a 3rd-year Psychology major. She became an SI leader to help students improve their study skills and to help build their confidence when trying to master a difficult subject. She hopes to provide the same guidance and encouragement she received in her SI class. She aspires to go into marriage and family therapy. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to Taylor Swift and watching movies with her sister. 

Lucy is a Nursing Major. After graduation, she plans on getting two years of nursing experience and switching to travel nursing so she can explore the country and perhaps even the world! She became a physiology SI Leader because she definitely understands how difficult of a topic it can be, and she always gets excited when her peers build their self-confidence in the subject throughout the semester. In her free time, she enjoys reading, singing, listening to music, and watching K-dramas and anime.
