Kenneth Miyake '70

I had a great time as a student at Long Beach State. I was too busy to take part in the free speech movement, but I remember the campus being very clean and beautiful. I was especially grateful for the professors I had, especially Dr. Fung, who taught me a lot about microbiology. I was able to open my mind to the field and I'm grateful for the experience I had there. I visited the campus three years ago and it had changed a lot. I'm glad I was able to complete my degree and I'm thankful for the experience I had there.
