Diana Bourcier

In her role as the Vice President of People Operations, Diana facilitates the continued growth of Wisk, including talent acquisition and management, organizational structure and culture development, diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) efforts, and more. Diana has over 25 years of leadership and human resources experience in the aerospace industry. Before joining the Wisk team, Diana was the Vice President of Human Resources for Crane Aerospace & Electronics where she drove process improvements in a variety of areas, including talent development and acquisition.

Prior to that, she held multiple senior leadership positions at Esterline Technologies including Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President Operations, and Vice President of Policy Deployment. While there, she supported all aspects of Human Resources across various countries, including the United States, Mexico, France, China, Hong Kong, and India. At Staffmark, as Director of On-Sites she had P&L responsibility for multiple sites across the US Pacific region.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Translation from California State University, Long Beach and completed an Advanced Program for Leaders at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.
