INFORMATION
Problems with anger and aggression can
cause serious problems in all types of interpersonal relationships--work,
friendships, family, and romance. People who have problems with anger and
aggression have a natural tendency to feel that they are the victim and
blame others for their problems. Consequently, they rarely seek help for
their anger and aggression until it gets them into trouble at work, in
relationships, or with the law.
ADVICE
If you have a problem, in this
area remember this,
EVERY MINUTE THAT YOU FEEL ANGRY IS ONE LESS MINUTE YOU FEEL HAPPY and you are
hurting yourself more than anyone else. If you are tired of feeling
hurt by others and feeling angry, and want to be more successful with any area
of life involving other people, then it is vital that you learn how to control
your temper!
Try our Internet links as step
one, but anger management workshops and personal counseling may also be
essential for many.
