2009/2010: $1,995.00, all inclusive

Non-Refundable Deposit: $900.00

A two-year garden membership: $100.00 due at booking.
(Included in the above fee; separate check).

Package Includes:

• Two hour time slot: ½ for guest arrival, ½ for ceremony, and one hour for your photo session.
  Gates open at your start time.
• One hour consultation with one of our coordinators
• One hour rehearsal on Wednesday or Thursday prior to your wedding day (unless booked with an event)
• Coordinator and staff to setup and break down your event
• Paid parking for rehearsal evening and wedding day
• Sound System: 8 speakers and 3 microphones for the ceremony only
• All chairs for the wedding
• Ivory market umbrellas placed throughout the garden for shade and light, where and when needed
• Parking signs to the garden the day of your event
• Liability Insurance (included in the above site fee)

Extra costs:

****No extra cost. Entire equipment fee (chairs) is included. You must use the garden’s equipment.****

Amenities:

• Water setup $40.00: Includes table, linen, umbrella, bucket & ice. Client provides the water bottles.
• Chair Covers: $4.95ea
• Rehearsal Dinner $300.00: Two hours in the Friends Garden. Includes tables, chairs, centerpieces & decorations. Catering by Choura Venue Services.
