Network / Support Groups

Networking / Support / Affinity groups let you meet and share experiences and stories with other like-(and unlike)-minded women, particularly around identity, family, education, and relationship issues.  They are places to meet other women,to give and get support to and from other women, to be able to ask questions and problem solve in a safe environment, and to celebrate your life and experiences.

Weekly networking and support meetings

(groups meet during the semester only)

Thursdays

SisterFriends - 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
A networking support group for African American students to share experiences and develop relationships. Discussion facilitated by Pamela Ashe, Ph.D.

These groups meet regularly in the WRC - and new groups form periodically, so we suggest you check the website and the WRC for updates and new information. Also, if you have an idea for another group, please let us know and we may be able to help you organize it.

Call for more information, including newly forming groups or groups you would like to start!
