Dr. Thomas is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a three time graduate of CSULB. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies, a Master of Arts in Linguistics, and a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership.
In addition to his role as director, Dr. Thomas is a Lecturer for the Department of English, where he teaches upper-division writing courses. A long time member of the CSULB community, he most recently served as the Associate Director of the Learning Assistance Center.

Hannah Cooper is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University and is currently pursuing a teaching credential at CSULB. She began working in the Veterans Affairs Services office in December of 2010 and now serves as the Assistant Program Coordinator and School Certifying official.

Jessica holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from CSULB. As a student she held an executive board position in the Psychology Students Association. Professionally, she worked for University Relations and Development for four and a half years before joining the Veterans Affairs Staff in Fall 2012.
