X Train Movement

Want to start that path to a healthy lifestyle, but don't know where to start? Start with the basics with the new "X Train Basics" class. This class focuses on fundamental movement, balancing your body, mobility, core stability and strength. The class is hosted by fitness expert Franklin Johnson every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm in KIN 88.
