Examples of these instruments include the following: Student Orientation Programs Survey, USU Sunday Hours Survey, ongoing USU Comment Cards, USU Program Council Event Evaluations, Smorgasport Program evaluation, Food Service surveys, Maxson Student Organization Tenant survey, Bicycle Use survey, and Conference & Event Center evaluations.
