ASI Judiciary 2009-10

The primary function of the Judiciary is to interpret the provisions of the A.S. Bylaws or other A.S. documents in order to review and resolve formal complaints against the A.S. or any of its agencies, organizations or office holders.

The Judicial branch of the Associated Students is comprised of six Associate Justices and a Chief Justice. All are student positions appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
