How do I obtain HR security access?

To receive HR Access prior to enrolling for HR course you need to follow these steps:

After the Security Coordinator receives the authorized completed forms, your security access will be enabled and a start-up password assigned.

If your position changes or the domain of employees you have access to changes, a new form must be submitted with the "Change" or "Delete Access" boxes checked appropriately. However, the Security Coordinator reviews employment changes monthly to proactively monitor security access. This is especially important now that access is via the internet.
