Office of University Research

The mission of the Office of University Research (OUR) is to provide the following research services:

Provide up-to-date information on grant and contract opportunities
Provide professional grant proposal preparation assistance
Provide pre-award clearance for all grant and contract proposals
Support the University Scholarly and Creative Activities Committee
Support the University's research risks committees
Manage University research support facilities
Provide information and support for technology transfer and other intellectual property concerns
Coordinate with the CSULB Foundation on grant and contract awards
Coordinate with the CSULB Division of University Relations and Development
Coordinate with the CSULB Faculty Center for Professional Development

Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
