How to Submit Research, Publications and Creative Work

This annual event is designed to showcase outstanding accomplishments of recent and ongoing research, publications, and creative activities of CSULB faculty, students and staff.

Please help us illustrate and celebrate our commitment to research and creative activities by submitting poster/s, exhibits, books and/or published works to display at the event.

Submitting Posters and Displays

Please email the poster title and authors for each proposed poster to Ms. Mae DeBruin (Mae.DeBruin@csulb.edu) no later than Monday, April 1. You will receive a confirmation and a poster location number via email. Ms. DeBruin will contact you to schedule the time/date to collect the posters and displays. Please limit the size of the posters to 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall.

The Office of Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP) will start setting up posters and displays for all participants at 12 pm on Thursday, April 18. Posters and displays will return to all participants by Monday, April 29.

Submitting Books and Published Work

Please email the book or article titles with the list of authors to Ms. Becky Eisemann (Becky.Eisemann@csulb.edu) by Monday, April 1. You will then receive a confirmation email with additional information on how to submit your books and articles.

We strive to be inclusive in highlighting the broad scope of faculty and student research, scholarly and creative accomplishments and to advance the breadth and quality of research, discovery, and creative work at CSULB. However, we are unable to guarantee that all submissions will be accepted because of space limitations.
