Bachelor of Science in Biology (BIOLBS02) - Option in Biology Education

Five Year Plan - 120 Units Required

This degree program requires 82-92 units in the major, of which 50-52 are in lower division and 32-40 are in upper division, and 34 units of general education and UNIV 100 beyond the units in the major.  The 9 required units of category B, Physical Universe, as well as the 6 floating units in general education are included within the major units.  That leaves no more than four units of open electives needed to reach the minimum of 120 units required for this degree.  This road map assumes the student enters CSULB without needing remedial courses and ready to start the calculus sequence.  Students not at that level will need additional time to finish the program.
