If you have forgotten your Email / CSULB Internet Account password, the only way that you can retrieve it is by coming in person to the Technology Help Desk Walk-In Service Center located in the Horn Center.
When you come to the Horn Center, please remember to bring your CSULB Campus ID card.
If you have forgotten your password for Beachboard / MyCSULB, you can attempt to recover it online by following the instructions at http://www.csulb.edu/tim/recover.html. If you need assistance recovering your password, please contact the Technology Help Desk at 562-985-4959 and a Support Representative will assist you.
If you are unable to recover your password by answering the Challenge Questions, please contact the Technoology Help Desk at 562-985-4959 and come in person to the Technology Help Desk Walk-In Service Center located in the Horn Center.
