Before you follow the following steps you need to set up your modem. Please refer to the manual for your modem.
For 56 kbps connection, you need to have K56 Flex Modem
Click 'OK' to create a new connection.
Name the new connection, Click on 'Next >'
Check the 'I am calling the Internet' box.
Check the 'Use Telephony dialing properties' box.
Fill in the Area code, and the Phone number. Then click on ' Next >'
Click Finish.
You are ready to connect to CSULB Dial-Up Server. Click on 'Dial'
Enter your 'User name' and your 'Password'. Click on 'OK'.
