The Technology Help Desk is staffed by a team of friendly, knowledgeable and highly trained student employees, working under the supervision of the Technology Help Desk staff. They are ready to answer your calls and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and handle faculty, staff, and student requests.
When you contact the Technology Help Desk for any reason, we will log your request and it will be assigned a case number. If you ever have any questions about the status of a case, you can give us a call at (562) 985-4959 and provide us with either your Campus ID or the case number you received. We are located in the Academic Services (AS) building in room 120.
