Profile

The Profile tool allows you to upload a photo and fill out profile information about yourself. The picture will display next to your name in the Classlist and your posts in the Discussion Board, and classmates and instructors can view the profile information by clicking on your picture in these areas.

*Uploading a photo and/or filling out your profile is completely optional, but this feature is a great way to get to know other users and share information about yourself.

Access the Profile Tool

Student Profile link in My Settings

From My Home, click the Profile link in the My Settings widget.

Create a Personal Profile

To upload a photo, simply click Change Picture, and then browse and upload your selected photo from your computer. To remove a photo, simply click the trash can icon next to Change Picture.
To fill out any of the profile information, simply click inside the text box you wish to write in and type your message.
Don't forget to click Save when finished.
