Content is where you will find the course materials for your course, if your instructor has chosen to post and make them available. For example, you will be able to access your course syllabus, lecture notes, links to external resources, and any additional resources the instructor has chosen to post.
To access the Content area, click on Content on the course navbar.
Content is laid out in a branching, Table-of-Contents format. You can expand or collapse Modules (folders) by clicking the plus (to expand) or minus (to collapse) icons to the left of the module title.
The icons to the left of the topics (content items) show the type of file, whether Word document, Power Point Presentation, link, PDF, etc.
Downloadable files, such as Word documents, Power Points, and PDFs (for some browsers) will prompt you accept the download once you click on the title of the file. Links or HTML pages will open in the Content Topic viewing pane or a new window, depending on the settings the instructor enabled.
