Move Organization from Old to New BeachBoard

To request the content (documents, images, surveys, etc.) within an old BeachBoard organization to be moved to the new BeachBoard, please fill out the form below.
Requests will take one to five days to complete.

Automatically-created organizations represent colleges, departments, and majors. They will continue to be automatically updated with participants based on membership in a college, department or major.
Manually-created organizations have been created upon request. They will need to be repopulated with its participants. If there is a significant amount of members that need to be enrolled to the new BeachBoard organization, please
- attach an Excel document with the members' Campus IDs,
- the name or the organization ID and
- email to itss@csulb.edu.
Requests will take five to ten days to complete.
