Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA)

Description
  • SDA is a set of programs for the documentation and analysis of survey data. These programs are developed and maintained by the Computer-assisted Survey Methods Program (CSM) at the University of California, Berkeley.
  • Survey Documentation and Analysis is a web-based program for instructors to use for classroom training.
  • SDA does not require the user to install any component to his/her workstation. Rather, faculty simply identify the desired dataset and build their study examples for students to practice.

California State University, Long Beach subscribes to the CSU Social Science Research and Instructional Center (SSRIC). It is an annual subscription coordinated by Academic Technology Services. The Survey Documentation and Analysis (SDA) is included with the SSRIC subscription. Faculty, staff and students are eligible to use this online resource.
