How to Use CSULB Software Depot

Download and install software in 3 simple steps

1. Log in to CSULB Software Depot
2. Download the installation media
3. Install the software

Step One: Log in to CSULB Software Depot

• Using a web browser, navigate to the CSULB Software Depot web page
• In the User Login Form, enter your Campus ID
• Enter your MyCSULB password
• Click on the "Login" button to begin using the CSULB Software Depot

Step Two: Downloading Installation Media

• View instructions on how to download software on a Windows computer
• View instructions on how to download software on a Macintosh computer

Step Three: Installing the Software

Instructions for installing software are unique in most cases. For more production information and installation guides view the CSULB Licensed Software List.

Note:The CSULB Software Depot web site supports Internet Explorer 5+, Netscape 6+, and Firefox 2+ for PC users. Javascript and cookies must be turned on.

Academic Technology Services (ATS) provides current CSULB students, faculty, and staff access to popular computer software including operating systems, desktop productivity tools, and antivirus applications. To download this software, visit CSULB Software Depot and login with your campus ID and MyCSULB/ BeachBoard password. If you have forgotten your campus password, instructions for how to recover or reset your password are available.
