Class Schedule Maintenance Reports

LBSR0009 Current Active Instructors
This report allows users to see building and room information for all campus instructional facilities.
Room data displays in alpha order by building name, then numerical order by room.
LBSR0010 Classes That Will Not Print in the Schedule
This report lists all classes which will not show in the Viewable Schedule of Classes or in MyCSULB class searches.
Data includes classes with the Schedule Print checkbox on the Basic Data page unchecked or classes with the class status of Tentative on the Enrollment Control page.
LBSR0016 Classes Without Assigned Instructor
This report lists classes which do not have an instructor assigned. The report only looks at classes with an "Active" status and an enrollment greater than zero.
LBSR0022 Sections Combined
This report lists all classes that have been combined to meet in the same room at the same time. This report also provides combined Enrollment Capacity and Wait List Capacity.
LBSR0024 Schedule Detail
This report displays all class sections scheduled for a specified term.
It includes meeting days, times, rooms, enrollment caps, and instructors.
This report also includes enrollment detail such as waitlist totals, unused permissions, and class enrollment status.
LBSR0024B Schedule Building Detail
This report displays all class sections scheduled for a specified term including class notes and class status.
Data on this report is double spaced; most useful as you’re building your class schedule.
LBSR0026 Class Notes Text
Allows users to view text for all standard and frequently used class notes which can be attached to class sections. These are the ONLY notes that will roll from term to term.
Free format text notes are effective only for the term in which they are entered.
LBSR0061 Schedule of Classes
Simulates the online Viewable Schedule of Classes for a specific term.
Class notes and global notes (notes applied to All sections within a subject) will be displayed.
Multiple component (i.e. lecture/laboratory) class section links will be visible.
LBSR0073 Class Status Edit
This report is useful while building your schedule and throughout registration.
If class status = anything other than Active, students cannot enroll.
LBSR0257 Classes with No Meeting Pattern
This report lists classes where the days, start/end times, facility, and instructor fields are ‘blank’.
All meeting patterns need at minimum, ‘TBA’ entered.
LBSR0279 Summer & Winter Class Meeting Hours Audit
This report identifies if sufficient minutes (rather than hours) have been scheduled for summer or winter session classes. This report lists the number of required minutes, actual scheduled minutes, and if the class has been scheduled over or under the required number of minutes.
Other colleges/departments on possible room "swaps".
LBSR0301 Exam Schedule Detail
This report displays all final exams scheduled for a specified term.
LBSR0419 Class Schedule Data
Formerly known as “LBSR0024C Schedule Detail in Excel,” this report is in Excel format, which allows users to sort class information. The report also displays class fill percentage and room fill percentage.
LBSR0419F Class Schedule Data Report with Facility Information
Same information as Class Schedule Data Report with additional facility attribution information to assist in class swapping.
LBSR0602 Available Rooms Report
Departments can utilize the selection parameters to generate a list of rooms which are still available for the selected term.
LBSR0689 Class Meeting Times Compliance Report
This report identifies classes that are not in compliance with the campus scheduling policy and have not been granted an exception.
LBSR0999 Ad Astra Building and Room Information Report
This report allows users to see building and room information for all campus instructional facilities.
Room data displays in alpha order by building name, then numerical order by room.
LBSR1000 Available Lecture Rooms for Standard Class Days and Times
This report allows users to identify all-university lecture rooms and all-university auditoriums that are available for classes with standard meeting days and times as specified in Class Scheduling Policy 99-24.
You can choose to sort the information by Days Meet(M, MW, MWF, etc.) or by Start Time (8:00am, 9:00am, 9:30am, etc.).
LBSR1094 Weekly Room Grid
This report displays classes and events scheduled in a classroom during a specified week.
Data is in a grid format very similar to the online calendar room grids in Ad Astra. A PDF is produced which you can print.
LBSR1095 Daily Room Grid
This report displays classes and events scheduled in a building during a specified date.
Data is in a grid format very similar to the online calendar room grids in Ad Astra. A PDF is produced which you can print.
LBSR1101 Noon Hour Compliance
This report identifies lecture and seminar class sections that are not scheduled in compliance with Section 7.0000 in Class Scheduling Policy Statement 99-24.
Run this report for the spring and fall terms to determine if you need to reschedule the class section or request an exception. Requests for exception are rarely approved.

LBSR0008 Active Courses
This report allows users to view curriculum information and identify which courses can be scheduled for the specified term.
LBSR008E Active Courses
This sortable report allows users to view curriculum information and identify which courses can be scheduled for the specified term.
LBSR0236 Course Catalog Requisite
This report allows users to view all requisites that are coded for courses at the catalog level. Requisites coded at the course catalog level automatically apply to all course class sections scheduled for a term. Students must satisfy the specified requisites to enroll in the course.
LBSR0237 Class Schedule Requisite
This allows users to see all requisites, which are attached to class sections for a specific term. All scheduled class sections appear with section specific requisites along with any course catalog requisites coded. Students must satisfy the specified requisites to enroll in the class.
LBSR1141 Typically Offered Courses Data Report
This report allows users to view typically offered data from the course catalog. This report can be used to verify if the typically offered data is accurate, as well as a reference tool when building the class schedule.
