CSULB Intern – Software Developer
TruePoint Systems, a small high-technology start up company, under a contract with the College of Engineering, involved with advanced solutions in the area of real time location systems, is seeking an intern to participate in developing software for the system solution.
You will be hired through CSULB, College of Engineering but the actual work will occur at TruePoint location, 6615 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach.

Typical tasks may include but are not limited to:
Period of performance: Work is available now and could continue through the end of the school year depending on funding and performance. Work opportunities could continue to be extended as needs arise.
The pay will be $15.75.
Bachelor level Computer Science (CS) engineering student with hands on experience and classroom training in software development. Masters students will also be considered. Especially interested in students with desire to work on Graphical User Interfaces (GUI). Specific skills include: GTK+, wxWidgets, C++, Redhat Linux
Application: Software that performs near real-time processing of digitized signal data arriving over a high speed serial interface into a high performance PC. The processing includes advanced algorithms to determine angle of arrival, as well as logging, and maintenance of a real time GUI for display and user interaction with the system.
