• Perform daily network backup
• Provide desktop technical support to 100 employees via phone or hands-on
• Assist the Network Manager with handling various IT projects
• Maintenance and organization of all IT related records and materials

• Must have at least 2 years hands-on work experience in a Microsoft network environment (Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003) and desktop application (Microsoft Office).
• Working knowledge of database administration
• Strong knowledge and comprehension handling network functions in active directory such as creating users, passwords, shared files, printers and emails, etc.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet daily deadlines
